Stephen Smith, co-founder of Christian Leadership Partners and has a  Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University (Spring 2023). He has had the opportunity to lead in both the Marine Corps and the US Army for twenty-seven years. He has taught leadership at the Primary Leadership Development Course, operations at the National Training Center, and advanced leadership at the Reserve Officers Training Course. He has written extensively about leadership and its implementation.

Is a Charis Bible School graduate and is a talented, bilingual speaker with a unique insight into leadership and its implementation.
