Leadership Training

We have hundreds of bible studies that are based on the Word of God that are proven subjects that will help you grow. Topics range from studies on healing, to a deeper Christian walk, to financial responsibility. Topical Bible Studies that address the believer’s authority, addressing fear and depression, or the letters of Paul can be ordered, downloaded, or even presented in person. Every Bible Study has video content, workbooks that create a deeper understanding of the topics studied, and weekly exercises that use the principles taught.

 We have an eight-week bible study that deals specifically with the issues associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This study helps participants identify what PTSD is, how it can be treated and the methods of controlling negative thoughts and actions. This study is not just for those who are experiencing symptoms, but also for those who want to help.

This video-based Bible study is for individuals or your men's group and is designed around a man's walk with Christ. This ten-week study takes on topics like growing in your spiritual walk, serving others, family leadership, outreach, evangelism, worship, discipline, and discipleship.

This video-based Bible study is for individuals or your Women's group and is designed to help women who want to serve, and grow in their biblical calling. This ten-week study addresses similar topics as the Centurion Project but addresses them in a way that is unique to a Christian woman’s perspective. Such as a woman's spiritual walk, serving with style, wayward teens, feeding the needy, evangelism, prayer, worship, and discipleship.

This Bible study is designed to help your organization become the light in a dark world. Based on the word of God that John G. Lake used, these biblical principles will help you start a program of healing for your community. This is more than just a twelve-step program to help people deal with their hurt, it is designed to heal the sick and broken hearted fulfilling the Great Commission by laying hands on the sick. 

These Bible studies are non-denominationally based, and can be adjusted to fit your organizations theological, beliefs but they will always be based on the contextual biblical principles that Jesus applied and encouraged us to do.

The process of coaching allows us to help you develop your skills to be your best YOU. We will help you assess your current goals and help you develop short, mid, and long-term goals that match your skill sets. Daily texts (or Emails) will encourage you and lift you up as you work on becoming better. We also provide a weekly video chat that assesses your current position and where you would like to be. We complete all coaching processes by equipping you with the tools to change the lives of others through a healthy coach/mentor relationship and to pass on what you achieve.

Mentoring is different from coaching; our mentoring program is designed to make you a better leader. We don't specialize in what your occupation is, but we do know leadership. A healthy mentoring relationship will put you on track to lead your family, organization, or team in a healthy productive way. This mentoring program is also achieved through daily texts and weekly video chats.
